Invisalign Open Day – 10th December 2021

*£50 refundable deposit taken to secure your place. Offer is only valid on the open day Friday 10th December 2021. The Invisalign treatment plan discount only applies where the first appointment in relation to this offer is booked before 23:59 on Friday 10th December. This offer is open for all individuals who are patients at the dental practice. The discount will be applied when the final payment is made following the completion of the full Invisalign treatment plan. The offer will therefore not apply to appointments booked for an initial consultation only. Appointments are subject to availability and are with Dr George Stramotas or Dr Jean Bush only. The Invisalign treatment plan discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that Dr George Stramotas or Dr Jean Bush is unavailable for any appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, the practice will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the Invisalign treatment plan is interrupted as a result of an appointment, or multiple appointments, being cancelled as a result of Dr George Stramotas or Dr Jean Bush being unavailable and cannot be completed due to continued unavailability, the practice will refund the patient the amount  previously paid for the treatment. For clarity, where two appointments have been attended and paid for by the patient, and the final appointment must be cancelled by the practice, and cannot be rearranged, only the amount already paid for the final appointment will be refunded to the patient. Any personal data collected by the practice in relation to this offer will be used solely for this promotion and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s consent. The Invisalign treatment plan discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The practice accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer or receipt of the treatment. The practice does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth, and therefore the practice accepts no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. The practice can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion. **Free home teeth whitening only at the end of treatment.
